BLOW THE TRUMPET - PART III

Sound the alarm! Prepare the assembly, for the coming of the Lord!

I am with this lesson continuing to explain the 501 (c) 3 (so called) tax exempt status pertaining to Bethel (God’s House).

Various groups of people gather (meet specifically) for the purpose of Worshipping The Almighty and are being granted by the Internal Revenue Service Incorporated IRS Inc’s approval, consent, authorization for the church NOT to pay a specified tax.

Declare if you can, who has the authority to control Almighty God for HIM to do or NOT to do anything?

(God asked Job)

Job 38:4  Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding.

Job 38:18  Hast thou perceived the breadth of the earth? declare if thou knowest it all.

The Internal Revenue (Service) Incorporated!

(And Internal Revenue Service Inc is NOT God, even though

they would like to think that they are!)

The Internal Revenue Service (a name, entity, identity) Incorporated (which means, NO individual within that Corporation has absolute authorization to do or not to do, say or not to say anything without the approval or authorization of another) they also are a group (slaves, indentured servants, subjects) of individuals (limited by a specified time for holding that specific office of authority), which have formed a chain of command by election and must abide by certain laws they have formed, known as by-laws, British Admiralty law or Uniform Commercial Codes. So they now have a Roman form of Government (that they are still attempting and are getting by with) imposing, inducing upon the American people AS WELL AS the rest of the world and doing it from their commander in chief The Pope of Rome (the holy see).

These “certain various bills” (now known as Uniform Commercial Codes) were sent before the Senate, Congress and House of Representatives to be voted on and if they could, get them passed by those houses and made into POSITIVE LAW, but they have failed to pass and NOW can never be made into POSITIVE LAW.

It is for that reason that the Uniform Commercial Code will forever remain a CODE and NOT law! You see, when the House of Representatives wants to modify the Uniform Commercial Code (U.C.C.) they put through a House Resolution (HR) bill that modifies this code like Missouri House of Representatives HR#13 – 93rd General Assembly, #4572L.02I.

SECOND REGULAR SESSION

House Concurrent Resolution No. 13

93RD GENERAL ASSEMBLY

4572L.02I

            Whereas, our forefathers of this great nation of the United States recognized a Christian God and used the principles afforded to us by Him as the founding principles of our nation; and

            Whereas, as citizens of this great nation, we the majority also wish to exercise our constitutional right to acknowledge our Creator and give thanks for the many gifts provided by Him; and

            Whereas, as elected officials we should protect the majority's right to express their religious beliefs while showing respect for those who object; and

            Whereas, we wish to continue the wisdom imparted in the Constitution of the United States of America by the founding fathers; and

            Whereas, we as elected officials recognize that a Greater Power exists above and beyond the institutions of mankind:

             Now, therefore, be it resolved by the members of the House of Representatives of the Ninety-third General Assembly, Second Regular Session, the Senate concurring therein, that we stand with the majority of our constituents and exercise the common sense that voluntary prayer in public schools and religious displays on public property are not a coalition of church and state, but rather the justified recognition of the positive role that Christianity has played in this great nation of ours, the United States of America.

-------- So the above is a House Resolution honoring God. --------

Interesting, isn’t  it? It is from the Missouri House of Representatives.

(See link: http://www.house.mo.gov/content.aspx?info=/bills061/biltxt/intro/HCR0013I.htm)

How about the United States House of Representatives: H.R. 902[109]: Presidential $1 Coin Act of 2005? Or the H. R. 459[107]: Pledge of Allegiance bill? All of these were impacting Uniform Commercial Code & not positive law. A failed bill:

                               MAY 4, 1999

    Mr. TANCREDO, Mr. TAYLOR of North Carolina, and Mr. WALDEN of Or-

    egon) submitted the following concurrent resolution; which was referred

    to the Committee on Government Reform

     CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

Recognizing the public need for reconciliation and healing,

   urging the United States to unite in seeking God, and

   recommending that the Nation's leaders call for days

   of prayer.

Whereas it is the necessary duty of the people of this Nation

   not only to humbly offer up our prayers and needs to Al-

   mighty God, but also in a solemn and public manner to

   confess our shortcomings;

                              2

Whereas it is incumbent on all public bodies, as well as pri-

   vate persons, to revere and rely on God Almighty for our

   day-to-day existence, as well as to follow the charge to

   love and serve one another;

Whereas we have witnessed the rejection of God's love

   through gratuitous violence and mayhem, hate, abuse, ex-

   ploitation, abandonment, and other harms, much of

   which has been directed at the most vulnerable of our so-

   ciety, our children;

Whereas oppression, violence, cultural and ethnic division,

   strife, and murder have stained our communities and the

   world;

Whereas we are compelled to remind the people of the United

   States of the events that currently burden the hearts of

   the people, including--

         (1) the senseless murder of our young people in

    Jonesboro, Arkansas, West Paduca, Kentucky, Spring-

    field, Oregon, Pearl, Mississippi, and Littleton, Colorado;

         (2) the brutal deaths of individuals by dragging,

    beating, burning, and exposure in Texas, Alabama, and

    Wyoming; and

         (3) the civil unrest, systematic genocide, and reli-

    gious and political persecution in Yugoslavia, Tibet, Tur-

    key, China, Rwanda, and Sudan;

Whereas despite all, we as a Nation have been blessed with

   great prosperity and an unprecedented period of eco-

   nomic stability, for which we owe a debt of gratitude; and

Whereas in previous times of public need and moral crisis,

   the Congress and the President have recommended the

      HCON 94 IH               3

     observance of a day of solemn prayer, fasting, and humil-

     iation: Now, therefore, be it

 1        Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate

 2 concurring), That the Congress--

 3              (1) recognizes the unique opportunity that the

 4        dawn of a millennium presents to a people in a Na-

 5        tion under God to humble and reconcile themselves

 6        with God and with one another;

 7              (2) urges all Americans to unite in seeking the

 8        face of God through humble prayer and fasting, per-

 9        sistently asking God to send spiritual strength and

10        a renewed sense of humility to the Nation so that

11        hate and indifference may be replaced with love and

12        compassion, and so that the suffering in the Nation

13        and the world may be healed by the hand of God;

14        and

15              (3) recommends that the leaders in national,

16        State, and local governments, in business, and in the

17        clergy appoint, and call the people they serve to ob-

18        serve, a day of solemn prayer, fasting, and humilia-

19        tion before God.
