OF SOVEREIGNTY
To
Whom It May Concern;
I,
Reverend H. Dean Daniels Sui juris, do hereby and herewith state being
Sovereign and of a sound mind that I have a deep, sincere belief and conviction
of Almighty God against the use of a Social Security number (Rev. 13:7 - 18), license
plate, registration, operators or drivers license, pertaining to any carriage
that I may be traveling in. I do not travel for hire and I do not carry or
transport anything commercially. Therefore, I do not understand.

Further,
I, Rev. H. Dean Daniels have a deep, sincere belief and conviction of Almighty
God that there is no law with my name, signature (seal), already affixed within
that law, which compels me to any specific performance.
Further,
I have a deep, sincere belief and conviction of Almighty God that within each
and every State of the Union, there is a sovereign, independent, commonwealth,
free and republic, state, which is separate and independent of the United States
(Washington D.C.) and/or its enclaves.
Further,
I have a deep, sincere belief and conviction of Almighty God that the United States
(Washington D.C.) is controlled, governed by and under the influence of British
Admiralty Law, Law of the Sea, New World Order, United Nations, International
Monetary Fund, Agency for International Development, League of Nations, the
Trilateral Commission and The One World Government and One World Court System.
Therefore,
it is also my determination that most courts of the nation are conducted as Tribunals
(Roman Law of Torts).
Further,
the District Director knows very well that Title 26 of the Uniform Commercial Code
is not actual positive law, but is instead, an assumed law which carries the
weight as Law pertaining to its own subjects. Therefore, Title 26 of the Uniform
Commercial Code remains Public Policy Statutes and not positive law. The reason
Title 26 is not positive law is that Title 26 of the Uniform Commercial Code
was never passed by the Senate or Congress of The United States of America and
in addition, because the fact that Title 26 of the Uniform Commercial Code is
and still remains in conflict with and attempts to supersede The Constitution
of The United States of America and the Bill of Rights. Therefore, Title 26 of
the Uniform Commercial Code will forever remain a Code and not Positive Law.
I
further have a deep personal belief and conviction of Almighty God that
Washington District of Columbia (DC), Internal Revenue Service Incorporated,
Social Security Administration, including their associates and affiliates are
all in concert to commit fraud against the American Republic.
Still
further, those which are in concert with you Mr. District Director are
continually attempting to and do seduce the American Republic to go along with your
fraud by deception, deceiving the American people by intimidation(s) therefore,
placing the American people under duress to sign unrevealed, undisclosed
documents (so called contracts).
Further, it is my determination that, there
must be a Positive Law, before that Positive Law can be broken. If there is no
law, then, no law can be broken or violated. It is further my determination,
that a resolution or statute is not actual law but are instead Public Policy (assumed
laws) such as House Resolutions (HR and such) or Statutes. Only those who have
signed away their Common Law rights by some means (either by deception or by
intent) and those who are Federal Employees including those that are employed
by the various Corporations and those that have signed (sealed) their signature
by some means on a document(s) containing an OMB number are obligated and
required to follow your dictatorial Uniform Commercial Codes and therefore suffer
penalties as indentured servants (slaves) with no rights of their own if they
don’t. Isn’t that correct Mr. District Director? That is the way approximately
ninety five percent of North American Union want for it to be. Isn’t that right
Mr. District Director?
I
further do not understand, why the designers, originators of those same (so
called) contracts deliberately write, while proclaiming that they do not
understand the content or intent of their own contractual documents which are
written specifically with that intent and design. Therefore, it is my further determination
that your deliberate fraud with the intent to deceive is being committed. And that
deception being committed against most of the American Republic. Mr. District Director, by your deliberate
design of withholding information and your refusal to present to the general
public a full disclosure (explanation) of individual rights pertaining to those
documents or contracts, you Mr. District Director are committing constructive fraud
against America. Further, you Mr. District Director are forcing, seducing and
intimidating the general public, therefore tempting people to go along with
your seductions, whereas the individual American becomes an indentured servant,
slave with absolutely no rights of their own without their knowledge when they (the
signer), place their seal upon the document (contract). Is that by your special
design or was that your intent or is it by accident (John 8:44 (King James Standard
Version of the New Testament portion of The Holy Bible))?
For
further declaration, information and understanding and for your benefit Mr.
District director, I place the Holy Scripture immediately following this
paragraph, because no one, can worship Almighty God with a lie and it was The
Son of Almighty God which made the statement in this Holy Scripture below which
I show printed in red:
John
8:44 (KJV) Ye are of your father the devil, and the
lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and
abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a
lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
Therefore,
Jesus Christ The Only Begotten Son of Almighty God declared that the devil is a
liar and the father of them!
I
further do not understand, why you Mr. District Director haven’t came forth and
specifically informed or declared to the American Republic across this great
land of America, that the Internal Revenue Service Inc. is a private
independent corporation established specifically for the purpose of collecting
money for the International Monetary Fund and further, notify, make public
notice and proclaim Nationally to the American public that you Mr. District
Director and the Internal Revenue Service Inc.,
the International Monetary Fund, the Agency for International Development
and those who are in concert with you, do NOT collect money for the Federal
Government and further inform the American Republic that not one thin dime of that
which you collect (under the guise of taxes) goes to the Federal Government but
instead goes to the Internal Revenue Service Inc. (treasury) and then turned
over to, which is another Corporation called The International Monetary Fund.
Am I correct with my determination Mr. District Director?
You
Mr. District Director and your cohorts are in concert to commit constructive fraud
against the American Republic which is across the Union States OF AMERICA. You
Mr. District Director have even threatened people of the American Republic and
have lied and swore to the Federal Judges that every individual American
Citizen knew what they were doing when that individual American signed (placed
their seal) your unrevealed, indentured servant, undisclosed contracts.
I
Rev. H. Dean Daniels do so state again, with a firm, deep, sincere belief and
conviction of Almighty God that only, Almighty God is God. It is further my conviction of Almighty God
that under the Constitution of the United States OF AMERICA and according
to the bill of rights there is no law that already has my name affixed within
that law which compels me to any specific performance.
Mr. District Director, will you kindly
confirm to me where it is specified (states) in the Constitution of The United
States of America or The Bill of Rights that every free born American Citizen
is mandatorily required to have a Social Security number?
Still
Further Mr. District Director, will you kindly provide me with the actual date
of when the Uniform Commercial Code was actually passed by Congress and made
into positive Law for my own determination?
Also
Mr. District Director, would you kindly provide me with your records of proof which
you have been compiling on me pertaining to my traveling or hauling (transporting)
for hire within the last seven years of this letter that I may view them for my
determination?
Also
Mr. District Director, would you kindly provide me with written documents
confirming the source of income which contains my signature (seal) that you claim
that I have signed, that I may substantiate your claim confirming that I am mandatorily
forced to abide by your codes as one of your subjects?
Also
Mr. District Director, would you kindly inform me and send me proof of what geographically
defined United States my source of revenue came from for my own determination, again
that I may substantiate your claim that would make you a holder-in-due course
of any claim that you may have against me?
Almighty
God has blessed this nation of America in the past because those Great Leaders
came to Almighty God of Heaven (The Holy Creator) on their knees in humility
saying in God we trust.
Now, you great Leaders of This Great Nation,
America, let it be known, that Almighty God, has heard you say that you
are as Almighty God. Also, Almighty God has heard you say that you now, can do
anything that Almighty God can! Almighty God is saying to you now, o-mighty
nations, repent for you too are going to stand before God. What will you say
then? It will be too late to change then, repent now, while there is still,
time!
You
may say that you don’t believe in Almighty God and if that be so, let it be
known unto you, what you or I personally believe does NOT change Almighty God,
however, what we personally believe can allow Almighty God to change us,
Romans
6:23 (KJV) For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life
through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Therefore
I suggest Mr. District Director that you read and repent unto Almighty God and
confess Jesus Christ The Son of Almighty God as your Lord and Saviour.
Romans
10:9 (KJV) That if thou shalt confess
with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath
raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. [10] For with the heart man
believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto
salvation. [11] For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not
be ashamed. [12] For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for
the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. [13] For whosoever
shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
We
will be praying, pleading with Almighty God on your behalf Mr. District Director
and those which are in concert with you. We will pray unto Almighty God that He
will bring you to your knees under the convicting power of the Holy Ghost to
the extent of your repenting of your sins and asking Jesus Christ The Only
Begotten Son of God for forgiveness. What should we say to Almighty God in that
prayer Mr. District Director? Should we say the same thing that Jesus Christ
did while He was hanging on the cross of Calvary? Forgive them Father for they
know not what they do (Romans 10:9-13, Luke 23:34; John 4:24) Almighty God is God
and beside Him is no other.
Further let the record show Mr. District
Director that I, Reverend H. Dean Daniels am not one of your subjects in any
way or by any means. I do not live or reside in Washington District of Columbia
(DC) or within one of its enclaves scattered across Nation or the ocean, I do
not receive any type of revenue, financial support from anyone or source that
is involved with you, for my God “IS” The Almighty God and He supplies all of
my needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19) (KJV)
and for me to live is Christ and to die is gain (Proverbs 13:20-25; Philippians
1:19-21)
Further,
my name is my property. I have not released, nor given my permission, consent
to or for anyone to use my name without my expressed written consent other than
my wife. Whereas, my name, is not permitted to be used in any manner on or for
my behalf, in either my presence or absence by another person or means without
my prior expressed written consent. Otherwise, I therefore, do not understand.
If
my name (seal) has been used without my knowledge, approval, expressed written
consent, either applied or affixed to any instrument, it has then been done
without my understanding. Therefore no understanding by either party of a
contract or instrument, voids that contract from its inception including
unrevealed or undisclosed contracts.
Further,
we as American Citizens are convicted, told, and are so instructed, warned of
Almighty God to obey Almighty God (for we are to obey Almighty God rather than
man Acts 5:29 KJV), Almighty God “is” God! Man is not God, even though man
likes to think that he is. Only Almighty God has the authority (power to
destroy our soul (not referring to the fleshly body) in hell, Matthew 10:28 (KJV)
And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able
to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and
body in hell.
Therefore, which law is
the United States referring to? Are they referring to Holy Commandments of
Almighty God which Almighty God gave unto Moses for Moses to give unto and
teach the people of Israel (Exodus 20; Romans 10:12) or the Uniform Commercial Code
(which is a guise, law of the sea and not the law of the land) or Positive Law
with is in all actuality according to the Constitution of The United States of
America and the Bill of Rights which is the law of the land and not the law of
the sea and it further pertains to Common Law as stated and shown (recorded)
according to Black’s Law Dictionary Abridged Sixth Edition, page 189?
Further,
I am not a resident of Washington District of Columbia (D.C.) or any of its
possessions, territories and enclaves scattered across the American Republic. I
do not have a business within any of those areas, instead I am a resident of
the Commonwealth of Tennessee.
I
further have a deep, sincere belief and conviction of Almighty God, that an
individual must live (reside) in Washington D.C. before that individual can be
a Citizen of Washington District of Columbia. Therefore, I am a Common Law Citizen
of the Commonwealth of Tennessee.
Further,
I am not a federal citizen. I am an American Citizen, freeborn, of lawful age,
and well recommended, herewith and here-to-fore I reserve all of my Common Law
Rights to Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. I hereby and herewith
maintain my Sovereignty.
Further,
I am not a member of any groups or affiliations. Therefore, let my yea be yea,

Still
further, my name and my wife are my property whereby we are bound by our Covenant
with Almighty God our Heavenly Father and His Son Jesus Christ. Whereas, Jesus
Christ The Son of the Living God of Heaven is the One that paid for our freedom
on Calvary. He rose again and set us free, and said (being the Son of God)
"whom, the son sets free is free indeed" John 8:36 (KJV) &
Galatians 5:1 (KJV). let it be known that even in death we are set free.

Further, my Wife and I are (by adoption, whereby we cry Abba Father) direct
descendents and the Posterity of the seed of Abraham, who was the seed of Noah,

I do so swear with a deep, sincere belief and conviction of Almighty God to all
