SPEAK THE WORD - Part III

The Lord told me By the Holy Ghost (Spirit) “Speak My (His) Word and I (He) will honor It”!

We must learn to speak the WORD of God and Have Faith IN His WORD!

He will always honor His own word!

The centurion needed help for his servant!

Matthew 8:5  And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him, [6] And saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented. [7] And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him. [8] The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed. [9] For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it. [10] When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.

Matthew 8:8  The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.

[speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed]

Expressing absolute faith in the power of Christ.  I have authority over 100 men who obey me to the letter when I speak.  You have authority over demons and one word from You will be enough to heal my servant.  What faith!

Jesus and the Centurion’s statements also prove once more that Words are Spirit, John 4:24  God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Jesus Said, My Father, He doeth the works

John 14:10  Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.

[God is a Spirit] God is a Spirit Being, He is a person with a personal spirit body, a personal soul, and a personal spirit, like that of angels, and like that of man except His body is of spirit substance instead of flesh and bones (Job 13:8; Hebrews 1:3).  He has a personal spirit body (Daniel 7:9-14; Daniel 10:5-19); shape (John 5:37); form (Phil. 2:5-7); image and likeness of a man (Genesis 1:26; Genesis 9:6; Ezekiel 1:26-28; 1 Cor. 11:7; James 3:9).  He has physical parts such as, back parts (Exodus 33:23), heart (Genesis 6:6; Genesis 8:21), hands and fingers (Psalm 8:3-6; Hebrews 1:10; Rev. 5:1-7), mouth (Numbers 12:8), lips and tongue (Isaiah 30:27), feet (Ezekiel 1:27; Exodus 24:10), eyes (Psalm 11:4; Psalm 18:24; Psalm 33:18), ears (Psalm 18:6), hair, head, face, arms (Daniel 7:9-14; Daniel 10:5-19; Rev. 5:1-7; Rev. 22:4-6), loins (Ezekiel 1:26-28; Ezekiel 8:1-4), and other physical parts. He has bodily presence (Genesis 3:8; Genesis 18:1-22) and goes from place to place in a body like all other persons (Genesis 3:8; Genesis 11:5; Genesis 18:1-5,22,33; Genesis 19:24; Genesis 32:24-32; Genesis 35:13; Zech. 14:5; Daniel 7:9-14; Titus 2:13).  He has a voice (Psalm 29; Rev. 10:3-4); breath (Genesis 2:7); and countenance (Psalm 11:7). He wears clothes (Daniel 7:9-14; Daniel 10:5-19); eats (Genesis 18:1-8; Exodus 24:11); rests (Genesis 2:1-4; Hebrews 4:4); dwells in a mansion and in a city located on a material planet called Heaven (John 14:1-3; Hebrews 11:10-16; Hebrews 13:14; Rev. 21); sits on a throne (Isaiah 6; Daniel 7:9-14; Rev. 4:1-5; Rev. 22:3-6); walks (Genesis 3:8; Genesis 18:1-8,22,33); rides (Psalm 18:10; Psalm 68:17; Psalm 104:3; Ezekiel 1); and engages in other activities.

He has a personal soul with feelings of grief (Genesis 6:6), anger (1 Kings 11:9), repentance (Genesis 6:6), jealousy (Exodus 20:5), hate (Proverbs 6:16), love (John 3:16), pity (Psalm 103:13), fellowship (1 John 1:1-7), pleasure and delight (Psalm 147:10), and other soul passions like other beings (Galatians 5:22-23).

He has a personal spirit (Psalm 143:10; Isaiah 30:1) with mind (Romans 11:34), intelligence (Genesis 1:26; Romans 11:33), will (Romans 8:27; Romans 9:19), power (Ephes. 1:19; Ephes. 3:7,20; Hebrews 1:3), truth (Psalm 91:4), faith and hope (Romans 12:3; 1 Cor. 13:13), righteousness (Psalm 45:4), faithfulness (1 Cor. 10:13), knowledge and wisdom (Isaiah 11:2; 1 Tim. 1:17), reason (Isaiah 1:18), discernment (Hebrews 4:12), immutability (Hebrews 6:17), and many other attributes, powers, and spirit faculties.

He has been seen physically many times (Genesis 18; Genesis 32:24-30; Exodus 24:9-11; Joshua 5:13-15; Isaiah 6; Daniel 7:9-13; Ezekiel 1; Acts 7:56-59; Rev. 4-5), and can be understood by the things that are made.  Man is the visible image and likeness making the invisible God clearly seen as in Romans 1:20.

Invisibility

Greek: aoratos (GSN-517), invisible (Col. 1:15-16; Romans 1:20; 1 Tim. 1:17; Hebrews 11:27).  The word means not in sight, unseen, concealed.  Invisibility consists more of distance than substance.  Cities or other material objects cannot be seen even 100 miles away.  At that distance they are invisible. Objects concealed are invisible to the individual attempting to see them with the necked eye.  Anything out of eyesight is invisible. God, angels, and other spirit beings are thus invisible to the physical human eye unless God wills for them to be seen. They can appear or disappear at will.  They have been seen with the natural eyes many times, proving that invisibility must be understood with them as with all other invisible things that can become visible.

Eighteen Proofs that God can be Seen:

1.God has been seen with a body (notice John 4:24).

2.Man was made bodily in God's image (Genesis 1:26-27; Genesis 9:6;

3.God ate food with Abraham (Genesis 18:8).

4.Jacob wrestled with God (Genesis 32:24).

5.Seventy-four men ate with God (Exodus 24:1-11).

6.Moses saw God face to face out of His glory (Exodus 33:11; 1 Tim. 6:16), and he saw His back parts when he requested to see His glory (Exodus 33:18-23).

7.Joshua and all Israel saw Him (Joshua 5:13-15).

8.Gideon saw God (Judges 6:11-23).

9.Samson's parents saw Him (Judges 13:3-23).

10.David saw God (1 Chron. 21:16-17).

11.Job saw God (Job 42:5).

12.Isaiah saw and described God (Isaiah 6).

13.Amos saw the Lord (Amos 9:1).

14.Ezekiel described God (Ezekiel 1:26-28; Ezekiel 10:20; Ezekiel 40:3 with Ezekiel 43:7; Ezekiel 43:7; Ezekiel 47:1-6).

15.Daniel described God, even His clothes, body, and hair (Daniel 7:9-14; Daniel 10:5-6).

16.Stephen saw God and Christ (Acts 7:56).

17.John described God (Rev. 4:2-5; Rev. 5:1-7).

18.All will see God (Rev. 21:3-4; Rev. 22:4).

[firstborn of every creature] Firstborn of Creation

Greek: prototokos (GSN-4416), firstborn (Col. 1:15,18; Matthew 1:25; Luke 2:7; Romans 8:29; Hebrews 11:28; Hebrews 12:23) and firstbegotten (Hebrews 1:6; Rev. 1:5).  It is used of Jesus the firstborn of Mary (Matthew 1:25; Luke 2:7) and of the firstborn of Egyptians (Hebrews 11:28).  It means the first one born in the family.  It must also be understood in this literal sense in connection with Jesus being the firstborn in God's family.  However, Sonship in this case refers to humanity and not to deity (notice Acts 13:33)

These facts must be understood in connection with the following:

1.The only begotten of the Father (John 1:14)

2.The only begotten Son (John 1:18)

3.His only begotten Son (John 3:16; 1 John 4:9)

4.The only begotten Son of God (John 3:18)

5.This day have I begotten Thee (Psalm 2:7; Acts 13:33; Hebrews 1:5; Hebrews 5:5).

6.I will be to Him a Father, and He shall be to Me a Son (Hebrews 1:5).

It Is Used of Jesus:

1.As the firstborn of every creature (Col. 1:15)

2.Firstborn from the dead (Col. 1:18)

3.Firstborn of many brethren (Romans 8:29)

4.The Head of the church of the firstborn (Hebrews 12:23)

5.His firstbegotten (Hebrews 1:5-6)

6.Firstbegotten of the dead (Rev. 1:5)

With these facts it is clear in what sense Jesus is "the firstborn of every creature" or of all creation (Col. 1:15), and "the firstborn among many brethren" (Romans 8:29).  All creation came into existence by creative acts, not by a begetting as in the case of Jesus.  Even the "many brethren" are not begotten in the sense Jesus was by the Holy Spirit.  They were begotten by people, not by God, and were thus brought into the human family, not the family of God. The only way one gets into God's family is by adoption (Romans 8:14-16; Galatians 4:5-6; Ephes. 1:5).  Jesus is the only begotten Son ... the first of all creatures to be begotten of God, the only one of all beings begotten of God, the first and only one of the family of adopted and "created" brethren begotten of God (Ephes. 4:24; Col. 3:10), the firstbegotten of or from the dead, and the firstfruit of the resurrection of all men (1 Cor. 15:23-33; Col. 1:18; Rev. 1:5).  The church is the called-out people of the one who is the firstborn (Hebrews 12:23).  Adam and angels were by creation, not by begetting (Luke 3:38; Genesis 6:1-4; Job 1:6; Job 38:4-7)

Therefore;

Being a great distance apart from the person that you are praying for matters not, with God. Being great distance apart does NOT hinder The Spirit of God, for God “is” All Present at All times and is All powerful! God “is” All in All!

Speaking God’s Word

[11] And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven.

[12] But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. [13] And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour. [14] And when Jesus was come into Peter's house, he saw his wife's mother laid, and sick of a fever. [15] And he touched her hand, and the fever left her: and she arose, and ministered unto them. [16] When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick: [17] That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.

The Word of God!

John 14:24  He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me.

John 6:63  It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

[quickeneth] This must be understood figuratively of the benefits of His sacrifice.  I will give this bread, which symbolizes My body given in death to save the world (1 Peter 2:24; Col. 1:20; Col. 2:14-17).

the flesh profiteth nothing] If you could literally eat My flesh and drink My blood, it would not save your souls.

[the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life] The life I speak of is spiritual and eternal life, not fleshly life (2 Cor. 3:6; Hebrews 4:12).

Therefore

I am showing this statement in the order that it should be done by the believer

(the believer is the individual who knows for a fact that God and His Son Jesus Christ

Always honor His (their) Own Word (John 17:6, 14:24)

Whosoever shall “say

Speak TRUTH and speak it by Faith in God (John 6:63; James 4:17),

Believing what ye say (because you are the whosoever)!

Mark 11:23  For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

Ten Conditions of Answered Prayer

1.   Have the faith of God (Romans 4:17; Hebrews 11:3; Galatians 5:22-23).

2.   Pray:  say in no unceratin terms what you want (Mark 11:23-24; Matthew 17:20; Matthew 21:21-22; John 15:7).

3.   Have unlimited faith without qualifying and limiting God’s will or what you want (Mark 11:23-24; Matthew 17:20; Matthew 21:21-22; Mark 9:23; John 15:7,16).

4.   Refuse to doubt in the heart (Mark 11:23; Matthew 17:20; James 1:5-8).

5.   Believe that whatever is asked will be given (Mark 11:23-24; Matthew 7:7-11; Matthew 17:20; Matthew 21:21-22; Hebrews 11:6).

6.   Believe that whatever is asked is already granted (Mark 11:24; Matthew 17:20; 1 John 5:14-15).

7.   Be authoritative and command to come to pass what is asked (Mark 11:23-24; Matthew 17:20; Mark 9:23).

8.   Believe that what you want (desire) or need is God’s will and if it is Holy, Righteous, glorifying to God, clean and pure before God (Mark 11:24; John 15:7; Matthew 17:20; Matthew 21:21-22; Hebrews 11:6; James 1:5-8, Phil 4:19).

9.   Never say “if it be Thy will” but thy will be done Lord, concerning anything you ask that is definitely promised of God in His word (Mark 11:23; Psalm 84:11; 2 Cor. 1:20; 2 Peter 1:3-4).

10. Have a clean heart forgiven soul and life with God and man (Mark 11:25; John 15:7; 1 John 3:22-23).

“Whatsoever,” “anything,” “all things,” “what ye will,” “what things soever ye desire,” “Whatsoever he saith,” and other unlimited terms are found in Scripture, assuring the possibilities and absolute certainty of answered prayer.

God is a Spirit (John 4:24),

Words are Spirit (John 6:63).

The Word is God (John 1:1, 2),

God spoke this WORLD into existence (Genesis 1:1-24),

God created man in “His” image and in “His” likeness (Genesis 1:26-28, John 17:5)

Therefore, man’s Words are also Spirit! (Matt. 14:36-37)

Jesus Spoke to the winds and the waves commanding them peace be still (Mark 4:29)

What are the words that you are speaking out of your own mouth?

Matthew 12:32 And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come. [33] Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit. [34] O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. [35] A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. [36] But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. [37] For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

It is not what goes in the mouth that defiles the man but

what cometh out of the man

that defiles the man.

Mark 7:18  And he saith unto them, Are ye so without understanding also? Do ye not perceive, that whatsoever thing from without entereth into the man, it cannot defile him; [19] Because it entereth not into his heart, but into the belly, and goeth out into the draught, purging all meats? [20] And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man. [21] For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, [22] Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness: [23] All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.

Prepare for the coming of the Lord!

or

are you preparing for hell

by what you are doing and by what you are saying?

Heaven or hell?

Repent and confess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour because He is the one

That paid the Righteous price to God for you which you could not pay

By shedding His own blood

In your place (Hebrews 9:18-28, 10:12-18) and in mine! Praise Be unto God Almighty!

Romans 10:9  That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. [10] For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. [11] For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. [12] For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. [13] For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Opening your mouth and speaking (confessing) is a must

speaking what you believe

is your confession and

As your confession is, so be it (Matt. 8:13)!

Romans 6:18  Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness. [19] I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness. [20] For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness. [21] What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death. [22] But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. [23] For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
